Qualifications

Education. Arnold Grant received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Economic Studies, Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Connecticut where he studied under Dr. Byrl Boyce, William N. Kinnard, Jr., PhD, and Dr. Stephen Messner. Honors included selection as a University Scholar and numerous scholarships awarded by appraisal organizations and professional real estate groups. He graduated with a 4.0 average, the equivalent of a "straight A" average.

Experience. A six year affiliation with Dow & Condon, Inc., predecessor firm to Colliers Dow & Condon, brought experience as a commercial and industrial broker, leasing agent, and property manager. C. Donald Dumont, MAI, provided a real world tutorial in appraisal techniques.

Activities. Since 1981 Arnold Grant has headed an appraisal and counseling practice. Headquartered in Hartford, Connecticut, the firm's geographic range of service is the State of Connecticut. We operate in all counties within Connecticut.

License and Designation. Arnold Grant is licensed by the State of Connecticut as a General Real Property Appraiser. He is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute. He is a member of the Real Estate Exchange, and the Real Estate Finance Association.
